‘Mastering Your Marketing Message.’

Strong messaging is vital if you want to attract your ideal customer and communicate with them effectively.

Over the course of the coming weeks, we will look at how to craft messages that

  • inform
  • persuade
  • educate
  • entertain AND
  • sell

Every month we will have two face-to-face live coaching sessions.

On the first Wednesday of the month, there will be a general coaching call. I will introduce a new discussion topic each month. This is also your chance to ask any questions.

On the third Wednesday of the month, I will hold a Copy Clinic. This is where you can submit an example of something you have written for feedback and critique.

Mastering your marketing is more than just about the message

Whilst I believe that messaging is a vital part of the marketing mix, it is just one element. To be successful, you will need to master the other elements as well.

This means being clear on your:

  • products and services
  • pricing
  • channels of distribution
  • channels of communication

as well as, if relevant to your business, your people, physical environment and processes.

Given that you have signed up to a marketing academy, not a marketing degree, we won’t cover every aspect in detail but we will cover the basics.

What Will You Learn?

Every interaction your company has with a customer or potential customer, employee, supplier or distributor, influencer or stakeholder contributes to the perception they have about your business. You will learn how to promote your business so that every such interaction is positive and supports your brand image and reputation.
